1800 With XP - DVD to TV instructions. -------- -Connect Computer to TV using a Composite cable - RCA input from Computer to RCA input on TV. -Make sure that the TV is set to the proper Video input. -Press -. The first press should do nothing much, TV may flicker, image still on the Computer. Second press, the image should disappear from the computer, nothing on the TV. Third press, the TV should get the display. -Right click on the Desktop, then choose Properties to bring up the Display properties. -Click on the Settings tab. -Click on the Advanced button. -Click on the Display Device tab. -Click the "LCD/TV" button. -Click Apply. -Click "enable different refresh rate" -Click on the "Television" tab. -Click "Enable Underscan" -Click Apply or Ok. -You should now get the Start menu bar on the screen. -Close the Display properties windows. -Start your DVD. At any point, if the "ok" and "apply" buttons are not visible on the screen when you need to click then, hitting on the keyboard should select "ok" After going through this procedure once, you should only need to select the TV with the - combination the next time you want to play the DVD. You must have the TV selected as the display device before starting the DVD program.
