The products are metal caps (covers) for motors of appliances for ¼ and 1/5 HP. The materials of the caps must be iron of approx. 1.2 mm thickness. The attached drawings show what the covers must look like or at least be similar. In the drawings there are 2 types of covers, one with a lateral support and another without the support (see attachment). The company needs 30% of the covers with the lateral support and the rest (70%) should not have the lateral support.
The main characteristics of the covers are the following:
产品为马达的金属盖器件，1/4和1/5HP。盖的材料必须为铁质约1.2MM厚。附件图说明盖的外形。在图中有两种盖，一个带有横向支承（占订单30%），一个没有（占订单70%）。产品主要特征如下：
4 binding holes with a diameter of 122 mms. 四个捆绑孔，直径122MM；
In its central axis must have space for a bearing, 30 mms if possible. 在盖子中轴线必须留有一个轴承所需的空间，最好直径30MM。
We need around 500K units. 订单量约为50万件。
We do not need a piece that is exactly the same to the attachment but has the same characteristics, in other words, they do not want to pay for a mold especially for this product. The company wants something similar (already existing mold). The only absolute requirement is the diameter of 122 mms where the 4 holes go.
无需与附图一摸一样但必须总体相近。客户不承担任何模具费用。如现有模具产品极其类似也可。唯一绝对条件是122MM的四个固定孔。
