T60 problem [HELP]

My laptop is lenovo T60
After installed the client security solution. I can't use my yaohoo messenger and QQ. And the firefox can not connect the internet either.  
But the IE can browse the web with no problem.

Which guy can help me. Thanks a lot.
My system is English. I can not input Chinese.
