关于IBM机器的两种保修区别?

两者的区别？
1、This product has a special bid three year limited warranty. This product is entitled to parts, labor and on-site repair service (9x5 next business day) in approved locations.
2、This product has a three year limited warranty and is entitled to mail-in or carry-in repair service.

其中9x5的概念是是按照正常工作日,一星期5天,每天9小时

指定地点：IBM 可以在您工作地点提供服务(称为现场服务)

2、This product has a three year limited warranty and is entitled to mail-in or carry-in repair service.

本产品享有三年有限保修，提供用户邮寄和用户自带机上门的维修


最大的区别就是1的成本远远大于2
