请教

用朗科双启动型优盘启动后，用放在硬盘中的 win2000 安装文件安装！
启动后，加载 smartdrv ，键入 winnt 安装，经过指定安装文件路径的页面后，显示：

setup was unable to install windows boot loader
ensure that your c: drive is formatted and that the drive is not damaged
setup can not continue.press enter to exit

然后就安装不了了，我的 c： 已经format了啊，而且安装 winme 一切正常！
请教高手这是怎么回事？？？

bios中防病毒选项关闭试一下
