It is like the " Challenge Absolutely" on CCTV-2. Also a kind of program choosing employee on TV by many Giant Corporation!

When I see this show, I wonder if  there is a discussion after each episode, between our audiences? I think that would be much better.

And, also, the show stimulate my desire to be a good leader in my team and show my leadership.
