3%是消费税！不是连保！

当然，再国外买东西就是这个消费税是个累赘。
不过留学生回国的时候好像可以退税的。

不过在网上买没有这个税！只有$9。9的运费！

这个也是可以逃的，正规的网站大部分都是要你自己交的，再外加运费或运费已经包含再机器的价格里了。

国际联保卡上有名字的。你必须买了国际联保以后才可以在中国享受保修服务，不然坏了或有问题只有翻送美国去处理

IBM好像都是不带的，都是要自己申请以后才会有的。

刚问过，IBM网站上买的COMPUTER都带国际连保的，只需要回国来登记一下就可以了。

这样的话，国际联保卡还是要拿的不然也是白搭。
