T23 LU7/5的保修政策好像和其它机 [复制链接]

T23 LU7/5的保修政策好像和其它机器不一样啊(实际没保?)

IBM网站上是这么显示的:

Description
This product has a special bid three year limited warranty. This product is entitled to parts, labor and on-site repair service (9x5 next business day) in approved locations. Thinkpad batteries have a one year warranty.

而其它的非特殊定制机型是这样的:

Description
This product has a three year limited warranty and is entitled to IBM EZServ service. Customers may call their local service center for more information. Dealers may provide carry-in repair for this product. Batteries have a one year warranty.

这样的话,在保修的时候是不是会遇到什么问题?或者说只是在特定的地域(approved locations)才能保修?如果采购这批定制的LU7/5的公司是在美国的,在美国之外的任何地点均不可保修,那它们剩下的2年保修又有什么意义呢?不是相当于没保了?我们要什么港票也是白要了。熟悉IBM保修政策的大侠给解释一下如何?另外,我是要带到英国去用的,会不会有问题?
